This system operates under non-pressurized, low-temperature conditions, allowing delicate compounds to remain intact while Delta-9 content is effectively reduced. Unlike chemical-heavy alternatives that may degrade the cannabinoid structure, this remediation reactor works with gentle thermal control and automated air flow processing, creating a cleaner, more stable end product with no chemical residues.

The reactor features a 10L processing vessel with a capacity to treat up to 5 liters of extract per batch, supported by a 6.6L water jacket for controlled heating up to 125°C (257°F). With its Pt100 temperature sensors, 1400W heating element, and fully automated PLC touch-screen system, the equipment ensures precise, repeatable results in every run.

The integrated logic controller features three built-in modes of operation, allowing labs to select the appropriate cycle based on cannabinoid profile and desired output. This makes it particularly effective for labs producing broad-spectrum extracts, compliant CBD oils, or THC-free distillates for cosmetics, tinctures, or vape applications.

Its compact form factor (1370mm tall, 100 kg) and minimal floor requirement (2m²) allow for flexible installation even in smaller facilities, without sacrificing throughput. The system is ideal for GMP-oriented labs looking to scale up their compliance game while minimizing operational complexity.
